My aunt was in the emergency room and y was there for about 6 hours but I had lost my purse and phone, so I had no money. The staff were great and loaned me their phone and bought me lunch too. Thank you.

The sitting/waiting rooms are very comfortable. Even though, it is a very large hospital, getting to your destination is easy.

Good hospital. They have many free programs for the low-income people. Although certain staff are rude at the time, but many are nice and perform a good job

Located in the lower Eastside of Manhattan, Bellevue Hospital ๐Ÿฅ serves the lower downtown area and financial district. Today, I accompanied a colleague of mine to the Adult Emergency Room for a work-related injuries. And we were in and out within an hour. Some days are better than others! ๐Ÿค” And the fact that E.R. is receiving volumes of in- and outpatients daily, the medical personnel is overwhelmed. But it stays focused! - Noticeable from normal moving traffic, - No FREE public parking for patients, - FREE public restroom ๐Ÿšป, ๐Ÿค - Wheelchair โ™ฟ accessible entrance, - Clean premise, ๐Ÿ‘ - Information Desk in main ๐Ÿฅ lobby, - Guest Wi-Fi available, - Hospital Police ๐Ÿ‘ฎ on duty, - Medical Staff is great and diligent, ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ - Adult Emergency Room, ๐Ÿ‘ - Pediatric E.R., ๐Ÿ‘ - ASL (American Sign Language) Ready E.R., ๐Ÿค Since I had missed breakfast ๐Ÿณโ˜•๐Ÿž time, I was looking for the Gift Shop to get some chips, as directed by the very nice Hospital Female Police ๐Ÿ‘ฎ Officer, and I stumbled across Moonstruck which was to my right, across the MCU ATM ๐Ÿง. Jazmin was my Checkout Server for my Take-out order. For Table Service, seating will be to the right side of the diner. Otherwise, for the general public, seating is to the left at the silver tables. The reason I'm mentioning this is the fact that when I went through the Table Service area to have a sit with my take-out order, a Male Server said "No sir. The other one." This was my first time eating here, and I felt he could've been more gentle about it. ๐Ÿ˜’ - Small Plain Pizza ๐Ÿ• Pie: $5.95 - Venom Black Mamba: $2.50 - Spaghetti ๐Ÿ Meatballs is amongst some other dish on the menu, - Table Service available on the right, - General Eating ๐Ÿด area is to the left, - Menu seems inexpensive, This hospital ๐Ÿฅ E.R. beds need replacing. The doctors and nurses are great but the E.R. Triage process is lengthy and can be frustrating awaiting the medical staff's assessment. ๐Ÿค” And waiting around for the long observation process is bit complicated. That's the reason outpatients are so angry at the hospital staff when service is not rendered in a timely manner.

Be forewarned that they don't allow you to accompany your spouse into the examination room. My wife & I were very uneasy about that. I don't even think it's legal to refuse a spouse, instead having them sit in the waiting room. It's always better to have an extra set of eyes and ears that you trust. You never know with these doctors these days. Despite that, it's a pretty good hospital.

Over all staff is very helpful some more than other very Professional, it's a busy hospital. Most insurance excepted. Was there on Monday with my mother for vascular the nurse was so helpful went out her way to take my mom down for her cat scan instead of waiting. Beautiful person.

The hospital is not very clean and the discharge is extremely long but I don't care about that. My husband was taken to the emergency care and they took good care of him. Doctors and medication was readily available at request. Compared to other emergency department experiences I am very satisfied.

Oral Surgeons at Bellevue are fascinating, they know what they're doing. I had my jaw tumor removed and the surgery was very successful, it didn't damage my nerve at all (there was a possibility). I've been to many places and surgeons told me "you'll most likely end up losing your senses around your cheek" but at Bellevue, they told me that chances are low, and they mean it. One con is that NYU students are there and they were messing around with one of my procedure, I had to have one of my drain restitched because they pulled it out. Another con could be the rotation that the surgeons have to go through, it's possible that you may have a different surgeon every time you visit, however I made my visits when my surgeon (the one that I liked, also a senior resident) was there, and I would highly recommend patients to stick with a surgeon that you trust because I've had a junior resident told me something else and tried to make me take multiple x rays in a short amount of time.

I got in a fight one night and went to Woodhull Hospital first and then they said they could not find the surgeon so I proceeded to take the IV out of both my arms jumped in my cousin's Jeep and he drove me to Bellevue when we got to Bellevue I walked in the door with the shirt wrapped around my face and explain to them as they were cutting my clothes off me to make sure I didn't have any bullet holes in me once they seen the gas across my face and mediately immediately they went to work and that is the best hospital I have ever seen ever been part of in my entire life Bellevue is number one Michael days

I was here for a week. Nurse's response was moderate, one time I got my bed covered in blood fortunately I had extra pants, so I only asked for new sheets and it came after 2 hour. I was mad that time. Other than that it's a good hospital. Oh, did I forget to mention that I lost my original iPhone 7 headphone from my room?

2nd time coming here in a 25 year period. The first time was for a crazy X but this time is for a family member. The place has changed a lot for the better. It is very organized, clean and safe.

I was there for a month. The staff was amazing, the rooms were cleaned about 4 times a day, the doctors, nurses, aides, etc. were always attentive and there when you needed them. The food could use a little fixing up. Otherwise, my stay there was great, except for my pain! I also use the clinic, and I have no complaints whatsoever for the attention and treatment I get there...
